Doo_Da Activities is a non-profit, community based organization catered to San Francisco youth. We specialize in organized activities that create safe spaces for youth to engage in constructive activities with other children from different communities. Not only do we offer public physical activities events, but we also coordinate field trips, give back to the less fortunate through food giveaways, and provide scholarships to other community based organizations in San Francisco.

Doo_Da Play!
Doo_Da Play! is a program tailored to SF youth to become active through outdoor activities with other youth from the same and surrounding communities. It’s about bringing everyone together on one playing field!
With childhood obesity at an all time high and isolation taking a major toll on youth after shelter-in-place, Doo_Da Activities was a beacon of light to bring back physical activity and socialization events. Coordinating games of kickball, flag football, and tug-of war brought kids from all sub-divisions of Bayview to play friendly, but competitive games that always left them in smiles.
Doo_Da Activities also focused on involving parents and guardians to partake in the activities and build bonds through play. Our program stresses the importance of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle by teaching and providing meals and snacks to all at no cost.
BECOME A CORE MEMBER
- Safe spaces for youth to participate in constructive physical activities for all age groups.
- Teach positive communication, conflict resolution, and team building practices.
- Support participants by connecting them with additional programs to address needs observed by staff.
- Create field trips to support SF youth on building healthy social and resolution skills, while establishing relationships across multiple sub-divisions.
